Facts
Billing:
At MC Corporate Housing we bill on a monthly basis from the 1st to the 30/31st, we prorate the billing based on your move in or move out date. All invoices will go out 7-10 days prior to your initial move in and 30 days prior to the first of the month there after. A credit card is required on every reservation for damage purposes and is our payment preference; we deduct monthly payment on the first of the month or 5-7 days prior to move in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept corporate checks pending a corporate credit check, these must be received at our office on or before the 1st of every month. At your request we can do group billing or split up payment among different residents or other parties.
Pricing:
Our pricing varies based on seasonal demands, as the majority of our inventory is located in the Southwest there are three major seasons. May - August is at the lower end of the pricing bracket, September - December you will see a slight increase and January - April is considered our peak season. Pets:
The majority of our housing options are pet friendly, in some cases there are bread and weight restrictions. Requirements and additional fees may vary based on location, please let your MC Corporate Housing sales representative know you would like to bring your family pet and we will assist in finding you the most suitable accommodations.
Housekeeping:
We offer housekeeping at a discounted rate for all of our tenants, services are offered on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Prices vary based on frequency and unit size, please contact our offices for more information.
Benefits of a Corporate Suite vs. Hotel:
- As mentioned on our See What's Included page, every unit comes fully furnished. Electricity, Water, High-Speed Internet, Local Phone & Extended Cable are all included in your monthly rate. In a corporate suite there are no hidden fees or unexpected expenses.
- A fully equip kitchen containing a full-sized refrigerator, oven and microwave keep the cost of purchasing food down and provide a home like environment.
- An in-suite washer & dryer will keep you from having to dry clean all of your clothes or waist time and money at a laundry matt it.
- A corporate suite has ample living space and separate sleeping quarters. This way multiple people can share one rental, and you have privacy when trying to get some last minute work done etc.
